Is the cd a image CD or is it purely the pictures have been digitised and copied directly to the CD. if that's the latter then you may purely replica the pictures onto your laptop and use domicile windows image viewer or different image utility to rotate them the main dazzling way and then keep them lower back directly to a distinctive CD. no rely if it somewhat is a image CD then you will might desire to return it to the keep and ask them to rectify it. To the previous guy or woman who responded this question, you forgot to tell them that as its on cd he cant purely use utility to rotate the pictures as that wont replace them on the cd.
