consider the words of Marshall McLuhan: "only small secrets need to be protected, the big ones are protected by public incredulity"? Are those who must believe the government conspiracy version of 911 overcome by irrational incredulity that blinds them to another possible truth?

Scott B - theories are not "just that" with no evidence...theories are not guess'....theories exist only with overwhelming evidence...before that they are just ideas.....the evidence is out there.....www.st911.org and www.pilots for911truth.org to name just two....there are explosive experts, physics profs, structural engineers, architects (including the one who designed the towers (now dead)), pilots, and investigative journalists and others who do not accept the gov't version of events, who present detailed, alternative, prospectives on what happen. read 'em, watch 'em, learn

Becuase AQ doesn't want to fight anyone, they want to murder people. Bunch of f----ing cowards hiding behind thier women and children. I am tired of people justifying and protecting them, they better hope a man never wins the presidency of the United States. I would have our military leave piles of mullas on route to weeding these guys out. A couple of days of that and these pigs would be outed by the so-called leaders who are protecting them now. I will put any 10 marines up against 100 AQ members any day in an open battle field. These guys aren't soldiers they are terrorists who use children and retards to carry out their missions. Eventually they are going to get there host countries into a real war situation instead of this idiotic rebuilding crap, once that happens only the Muslims who have fled to other parts of the world will survive. Don't even get me started on the so-called torture, these are a people who televise decapitations. Saddam used to throw people off buildings, bring them back up, do it again, and not just the criminal, but also their family members. Posing them naked or water boarding is laughable to these psychos. Personally, I would make them eat some pork rinds and then start playing russian roulette. I bet I could get them talking. Sorry, got a little carried away on number one. Two, If the US government was involved everyone would know by now. It is impossible to hide anything from the media these days. Someone always ends up talking.

Don't try to mask you absurdity with an attempt to justify it. The onus of evidence is on you. I would believe it if you or the other conspiracy advocates could come up with something smart people like to call PROOF. Theories, are just that, there is no evidence, just little points you try to make here and there... "this can't happen this way", "there is no way we couldn't have known", etc... None of it substantiated with any credible evidence, even the so-called evidence is so easily refuted that it never stands up to scrutiny. Stop spreading your propoganda of deceit, why is it so hard to believe that extremist terrorists pulled off 9/11 anyway? That to me is what is so blatantly naive.
IN RESPONSE: You do know none of what you cited is evidence? Right? Don't try to debate in this forum, you are completely wrong and the onus of proof falls on those who claim conspriracy. You just don't have it.

Occam's Razor cuts against your point. The simplest explanation is the one that is widely held in this circumstance. There are too many assumptions that must be made to come up with a different solution. Sorry, very entertaining, though.

"But the most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly and with unflagging attention. It must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over. Here, as so often in this world, persistence is the first and most important requirement for success"

"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it."

If our govt really was behind 9/11, wouldn't the Loose Change guy have met with an "unfortunate accident" by now?
