PLease explain how you came up with this so i can learn. thank you

these look like elements... not species... but elements on the same vertical row or # valence electrons will react chemically similar to one another. Electro negativity will change their reactions, so 12C & 13C would be the correct answer, with 7LI & 23Na at a close second.

12C and 13C should be almost identical - there is only one neutron difference between the two, which effects kinetics but not reactive properties.

For the others, you've either changed the amount of electrons, which changed the overall charge which is a BIG difference, or changed the number of protons, which means DIFFERENT ELEMENTS ALTOGETHER.

7 li and 23 na element that are in the same colomn of the periodic table of elements exhibit the same properties. although properties will grow stronger as the number of th eelement increases.

12c and 13c have identical properties.

12C and 13C are isotopes, and have the same chemical reactions because they have the same electron arrangement.
