depends on my mood...good days my head is up & i make eye contact with most folks..
bad days it's down & nothing can get it up..
& i sound bi-polar...

Mostly head down, sometimes I lift up my head though so I don't walk into people.

The only time that my head is down is when I am walking down stairs; the rest of the time, it's up.

Both. If it's wet, muddy or the walkway is bad, I look down to see where I'm going. On a nice day, I walk with my head up.
