I'm not quite sure where your taste lies, since Brayden (Braden) is one of the most common names out there at the moment (not to mention its rhyming counterparts Aidan, Caden, Hayden, Jadon, Raiden, etc., and all their misspellings).
Assuming you want something less popular for a girl for whatever reason, here are a few that are obviously familiar, but not yet overused.
Ruby
Freya
Flora
Daisy
Penelope
Eleanor or Elinora
Scarlett
Alice
Matilda
Lydia
Eloise
Gemma
Jemima
Clementine
Moira
Maura
Callista
Iris
Isadora
Millicent
Viola
Cordelia
Adelia
Ivy
Felicity
Ada
Lorna
Darla
Magdala
Edited to add: Obviously some think the names Sophia, Addison, Jaden/Jayden, etc. fit the "not too common" criteria, so thought I'd pass along the SSA link so you can check them out for yourself. Many of the above suggestions are among the most popular names out there ... even top TEN! Hope it helps, and good luck. ;) http://www.socialsecurity.gov/OACT/babynames/

Brayden Xavier is a nice name, but I would reverse it and make it Xavier Brayden, or Xavier Brandon.
As for girls names: Clara, Tia, Mariko, Leah, Angela, Diana, May.

Love Brayden, it was a name we considered but we are having a girl so that is no longer an option. This is my 3rd pregnancy and all girls so far, Sara, Faith and Molly (twins) and now Presley. I would go through a baby name book to find a name that is right for you. Molly seemed to be fairly common but when I was pregnant it really wasn't that common at the time. Good luck with the pregnancy.

I don't like the name Brayden. I do like the name Alexa or Araya for a girl. I think coming up with a girl name is so much easier then a boys name.

Too prententious. Go with Mary or John. Those are names with meaning that will last, not some laughable Xaviour.
