Their cause is a great one, unfortunately they've muddied the waters of that cause with their extreme, negative behavior.

I always ask an animal activist how he/she feels about abortion. Guess what ? The vast majority of them say that abortion on demand is a woman's right. So, here we have people who would have a coronary if a person catches a red squirrel that's chewing the wires in a car & " relocates" it, so to speak, yet would condone the killing of a baby just because it's not wanted. How does that compute, huh ? Is that Ethical ?
Until they stop abortion on demand, I can't get too worked up about animals, although I would NOT TREAT ONE INHUMANELY !

I'm a vegetarian, so I get accussed a lot of supporting them, but personally, I think they're a little hypocritical. They say that they don't want animals to be harmed, and then they say to let your DOMESTICATED pets go, and when people argue that they won't survive in the wild, they respond in that they will die of and fit into Darwin's Suvival of the Fittest! Isn't that harming animals? Killing them?

I think that they are extreme in their views, and I do not support their actions of throwing "fake blood" on people wearing fur. I think that that should be considered assault.
