Program/template to create childcare/babysitting flyer?

Question

I'm trying to create a flyer to post locally to attract some families to babysit for.

I'd like to use a flyer where they can tear off my phone number from the bottom but I can not find a program like that on my computer. I just have basic XP.

Is there anywhere to create a free flyer like that?

you can use Photoshop and it could be downloaded for 30 days
trial version here:

Just download a FREE copy of Open Office and then use it for your "Flyer". hope this helps you.
