Pregnancy tests aren't exactly complicated. And no, there's no magical way to tell without peeing on a stick. Spend the four bucks.

You really should take a test because if you are, the sooner you know the better. Sometimes you don't have any symtoms like morning sickness and stuff until you are at least 6 weeks pregnant. The missed period is the only early symptom, so I would definately take a test if you think it is a possibility. The first 3 months are the most crucial in a pregnancy.

The only way to be completely sure is to take a test, whether it's by blood or urine. You did not specify how far along you may be, but early symptoms include morning sickness, breast tenderness, or a missed period. Other more obvious symptoms come along when you are far enough along that there is no doubt you are pregnant. Any of the above mentioned symptoms could be related more than just being pregnant. I'd take a test or at least see a doctor. It's important to start taking care of yourself if you are pregnant. Good luck.

NO, either you take a test or go see a doctor. That is the only way you will find out if your pregnant or not.

Without a test, no.
You can get a test at Dollar Tree for $1 and they are pretty accurate.

Taking a test is easy, all you do is pee on it. And you can get one for just a couple bucks. Otherwise there's no way you can be for sure.

You do not need a pregnancy test to tell if you are pregnant. However, you will have to wait. If you miss your period, then you are pregnant.
