Many comms graduate programs require field experience for admission but waive that requirement for people with a comms undergrad. There's no reason you can't start looking at comms master's programs now.

Webster University has a pretty cool Master of Arts in Media Communication Management offered on campus and online.

You might also consider Master of Business Administration programs. Communications folks do well in the MBA since much of business and management revolves around the ability to communicate.

If you're so inclined, there are fields in education that are of interest to communicators as well and don't require a BA in education (though some require a teaching certificate). Instructional Technologists write courses and manuals, Curriculum and Instruction Specialists develop programs, and counselors must communicate well all the time.

Comms is such a diverse and interdisciplinary field that your graduate study options are pretty open. It all depends on what you want to study.
