Congrats, your expecting another set of twins. Thats great, hard work though I would imagine. Sarah and Sabia are nice. Maybe not another 2 names beginning with S. Teresa and Tierna! Ella and Emma. Ciara and Carey. Abbey and Angel. Bevin and Bryna. Saoirse and Susan. Some of those are Irish names. Good luck. x

Your names are not my style, and I can't help but wonder if you're serious. Siobhan is a classic, and while I don't care for Shelbee, it is not the most unusual spelling I've encountered.
But your combos for twin set #2 are pretty outrageous. You might salvage Saraa by opting for the unusual but pretty Sarai. Sarai's sister could be Serena, Selena or Sienna, but Salilah just doesn't work.
Dannli is awkward. Daniela and Danica are stronger. Debbeigh is just horrid - Darby, Darcy, Delaney, Destry ... anything but a kreaatif spelling of a name that peaked back with the Boomers. If it honors a loved one, there's always Devora/Devorah - a variant of Deborah, with the nn Devi/Devry.
Roxxee and Robbynne? No.
Lilee and Lorae? Maybe Lily/Lilah/Layla and Lara/Lauren/Loren. But not Lilee and Lorae.

They may be twins but give them different sounding names and their own identities please .
I have an unusual first name and i despise it so keep their names plain and simple and the kids won't hate it later in like. I chose a gaelic spelling for my son and an old fashioned name for my daughter both with different Initials.
A child is unique so give them both different sounding names and different start letters like our family did with the twins in the generations. It's better for them as they have their own personalities

First off, if I were you I would spell the names correctly. If you spell them differently then how they're supposed to be spelled they will go their whole lives with their names being misspelled and they'll never be able to buy jewlry, ornaments, mugs etc. that has the name printed on it already because it will always be spelled differently..
Charlotte and Shannon
Charlotte and Caroline
I like Robyn, but not so much roxy, it sort of sounds like a name for a dog.
what about Robyn and Rachael, or Riley

What about:
Roxanne (more sophisticated than roxee which it can be shortened to) & Ruby
Ollie & Opal
Pheobe & Pheonix or Penny
Alice & Anabelle
personal fave is Ruby & Roxanne.
BTW. Im 16 and agree with whoever it was that said you should loose all the doubles. It gets annoying after a while.
Xiana. (btw not my real name)

no offense, but i don't get all of the double consonants/vowels. I knew a kid in high school whose name was Jimmillee, pronounced Jameel, but everyone always called him Jimmy Lee,which must've been annoying.
How about just...
Siobhan (pronounciation???) and Shelby
Dani and Debi
Lily and Lori
Roxy and Robyn
Sara and Selena
or if you want something more uncommon...
Anastasia and Aleksandra
Alessandra and Annabel
Lorelei and Lenore
