To all the thumb downing morons, the point I'M making is: FFS there's bigger things going on in the world than having to waste time making a POINT in court!

WTF????

When will people start accepting responsibility for their own actions?
God gave us a great world, WE f*cked it up, if we looked after the environment more there wouldn't be all the global warming and less natural disasters!

Of course though it's always got to be somebody elses fault, so maight as well blame God! FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it certainly gets the point across about frivolous lawsuits. It isn't all that different from the case of the 40 million dollar pants case which ruined a small business owner and tied up the courts for weeks and was allowed to continue.
Maybe someone will stand up and pay attention.

There have been several questons posed about this news item already. What will be even more absurd is if a certain gentleman in Northern Nevada responds to the law suit. Several years ago he got his name changed legally and ran in a primary for U.S. Senate. His new legal name is "God Almighty".

until I read that , I thought the daftest one was here in uk when a boy broke the handle on a girl's carrier bag worth 1p and found himself in court on an assault charge or something and was fined and had costs -all a complete waste of time

Agreed, omg!! I guess he's making his point known. It is a bit absurd but a good point being made to those who sue others for the stupidest things. I mean HELLO!, When are people going to WAKE UP! and realize we are all just human, Forgivness and love need to be spread, not lawsuits and anger!

It makes about just as much sense as some of the lawsuits that I have seen.

Edit - What does the M in OMG stand for again?

Could cost you a pretty penny if they have that law where parents pay for the children's crimes!
