On this forum I once belonged too, every word even a word that wasn't offensive like Cockney for example would be changed into spoons.
Wierd and I have still have no idea why they chose the word spoons for.

On SOCOM COMBINED ASSAULT (also SOCOM3) they block words like flip, I don't get it they block "wish this" but not wish by its self ot wish by its self. they block all kinds of words i think it is because of the four letter thing but they need to work on it. but it is not hard to wright bad words just take out "I" and put "L" in lower case.

On one forum I was trying to be nice and use the word crap instead of $hi t, and it wouldn't even let me use crap. I mean, I know it's sort of a crude word, but it's not a swear word. Not nearly as amusing as yours or Magna C u m Laude or the VP Cheney, but I was surprised.

Before I joined www.Elfwood.com, I was automatically banned from commenting because I used the word "erect" in the sense of erecting a monument.
Elfwood can be very stupid, but that one took the cake!

This site blocks the academic honors designation cum laude. I suppose it doesn't read in Latin and thinks this is something to do with loud sex. âº
