I'm not a Browns fan, but not a Browns hater either. It would be wise to let Brady Quinn sit this year. Let him absorb as much of the playbook as he can; learn from his fellow team members, and generally acclimate into the NFL. Sometimes teams are too eager to throw a rookie out there and if he has a few bad games it can destroy any sense of confidence he might have otherwise developed. Besides, Derek Anderson has turned out to be pretty successful. Give Quinn the time he needs to develop and stick with Anderson. Quinn's day will come.

I'm not a Browns fan, but I'll try to be unbiased... =)
I think he'll get to play when the Anderson hype is finally over. AKA either when Anderson stops playing well or if he gets injured. I give it another 3-4 weeks. Probably play against the Dolphins before the bye week or wait until after the bye to play the Rams.
Wasn't it awesome to see the Browns beat the Bengals?! I was laughing hysterically.

Not a Browns fan but conventional wisdom says they will probably wait until about Week 12 to run him out there. The Browns have a pretty tough stretch of games against some tough defenses in Baltimore (twice), New England, and Pittsburgh coming up over the next few weeks.
My guess is that he sees some spot action against Miami and St. Louis and then gets to start the rest of the season beginning around Week 12 or 13 when they play Houston, Arizona, the Jets, Buffalo, Cincy, and San Francisco. The schedule softens up a bit down the stretch and there is no real sense in running him out there to get killed this early in his career against teams like Baltimore and Pittsburgh.

I am not a browns fan but am a Brady Quinn fan. It should be by week 8, Anderson had the good game against a horrible cincy defense, so it will be evident soon for the need of change.

if anderson continues to play bad, quinn is in, as long as anderson continues to play good he is the man. anderson has only been a starter for 2 games. so i think u give him at least till week 10. if the team doesnt have a winning record and he is inconsistent then u play quinn, but history has shown that quarterbacks who wait and sit out at least a year do better. look at tony romo and carson palmer.

sk 22, the panthers have extra good gamers than that and Jake Delhome sucks. Deangelo Williams is the terrific hb, Jordan Gross and Jon Beason have been first team all professional, Chris Gamble ought to've been interior the pro bowl, Moose purely approximately had one hundred yards, Thomas Davis ought to've been interior the pro bowl and Julius Peppers replaced into interior the pro bowl. you need to definately use them as bait to get good gamers that he will desire, yet not think of of as all that powerful whilst they actually are very powerful.
