Bleach decomposes over time, so while it can be reused for a while, it cannot be recycled as bleach.

2 NaOCl + H2O ===> 2 NaOH + Cl2

it can be reused - in the sense that you clean the coffee pot with it, then pour that bleach into several glasses to clean them. You could then use it in the toilet, or even on the floor.

No idea if it can be recycled. or if it would be economically reasonable.

well bleach is a strong base so when using it all the electrons bond with the protrons in whatever u add it to...i.e. ur clothes if u are bleaching them...by the way u sound cute do u have myspace?
