technician says it's an injector problem and i need to replace them. I replaced them 70,000 miles ago, fuel filter is new and pump is ok. Do you have any idea what can cause the pressure to be low? At 2,500 rpm it just won't deliver any more.

Well, you say the injector, pump, and filtter are good.
So maybe you should check for vacuum leak sucking air into the fuel system at or before the fuel injector pump.

ADDED:
Air compresses, fuel does not.
If air bubbles get into the fuel system, when the injector pump compresses the air, instead of pushing the fuel through the injectors it reduces the rail pressure.

ADDED#2
Look for evidence of fuel seeping out of the fuel lines, or around the filter face. If fuel can get out, air can get in easier.

The Pressure Regulator valve, might be worn out or out of adjustment if there is any.

Also the pump can put a good pressure but can not sustain volume. Make sure the pump pass the pressure test and volume test. Is like testing a battery and you get 12 Volts but not enough Amps to turn the engine over.

The analogy here is Pressure is the Voltage and Volume are the Amps.

It is because the broken line was sucking in air and mixing it with the fuel before the injector could do it's job.
