making funds available for people to make a migration to warmer climates during the cold months and projected high heating cost? It would be the human kindness for our sufferages. Thank You.

Good idea. I would like to winter in the south of France. The government should pay for it. That's somewhere in the Constitution, isn't it?

Umm, no the government isn't responsible for funding your road trips and vacations.
