I think that they should withdraw TD's - what's the point except for malicious attacks? - you could show non-approval of an answer by *witholding* a TU instead (hoping to help out those who didn't understand the Q!)

But that's were your wrong the person giving thumbs down knows exactly what they are at. It is done out of badness. They target a person and then target the people who answer.
