The Limited edition GSX-R1000K7 Isle of Man machine came with recommended settings which had been worked out bu Suzuki Staff and racers for fast road use. Contact any Suzuki dealer and they should be able to E Mail then to you. If not try Ian at Grays motorcycles on 01375 370066 as I have always found him keen to help' which might be why they were voted No1 in Ride Magazine

Whatever feels right for you.

Everyone has different preferences for suspension settings. Get the basic setup from the bike's manual and then tweak them to suit you.

I can guarantee that another 13.5 stone fast road rider will have different settings to yourself - we are all individuals!
