You're just now hearing about this? This is quite old news. Watch the video, thank God it exists because the description alone sounds like this boy's right were violated. In reality, he was a belligerant fool that got his comupance. The taser did not emerge until he repeatedly struggled to resist the police. It was not in relation to the skull and bones question, from what anyone can tell.

Incorrect. The guy was making a STATEMENT about how John Kerry supposedly won the popular vote in 2004. He was not asking a question, and he continued with his rant after Senator Kerry asked him "So what's your question?" He refused to stop ranting, he refused to give the microphone up, he resisted violently when they tried to take him out, they told him to stop struggling when they tried to cuff him and he didn't, and they warned him that he was going to get the TASER if he didn't stop struggling, and he didn't stop. The only thing loser-boy didn't get that he so richly deserved was a b****-slap for acting like a spoiled child.

That's not how it happened, but nice try.

He asked questions that where rhetorical, asked more than he was allotted and When asked to stop and leave, became irrational and started yelling. (disorderly conduct- illegal failure to obey a lawful order of a police officer- illegal) When the police attempted to escort him out of the building he broke away from the officer(Failure to obey a lawful order AGAIN - illegal), swinging his arms and yelling loudly. When the officers attemted to handcuff him he resisted (resisting arrest - illegal) and they took him to the floor to handcuff him. He was warned more than once to stop resisting or he would be tazed. He refused to comply, he did not roll over at all (still resisting arrest -illegal) and was tazed.

Before you go saying "well why can't 4 pigs get one little guy handcuffed LOL" well they can. That is why they utelized the tazer. It has little or no lasting effects on a person, and ended the situation quite quickly. The alternitive would have been to use strikes with a baton or fist to gain compliance, and these could be harmful to the subject and The officers, as it could allow the subject more time to wiggle free and attack back.

Sorry. the law is on the officer's side.

That was the question he was on...It was his 3rd question. The rules are that there was only one question per person. He refused to relinquish the microphone after his 1st question and when he continued to refuse to relinquish the microphone, that's when the police came in. And then he started screaming and fighting. So, you see, the issue was not the question, it was the behavior.

Heard about it.. and just want to make the point that Kerry himself did not do it.. as many cons try to make it sound.

Did not think it was right tho.

The little people should be Tasersed if they purposefully try to embarrass a member of the aristocracy. He's lucky they don't execute any more.

Got to keep the peasants in their place. Hurt one and you intimidate thousands. :)

Old news. Anything current?

that's actually not what he asked.

he was asking about evidence that has been published and is very credible that kerry actually won the 2004 election.

when you bear this in mind, it makes perfect sense that florida law enforcement would attack this guy.

apparantly it's against the law to ask questions about election results in florida...
