Do you consider this to be cheating or a form of dishonesty? I know it's controversial. Just state your opinion please, saying why yes or why no. Having said that, I must say it's amazing what a make over can do for your image!

if its just a make over, then why not most of us use some form of make up or cosmetic, perfume or hair dye. few can honestly say they never use any form of enhancement to help out appearance. where do we draw the line, not wearing good foundation clothes or not wearing a fashion garment. if you use any form of enhancement then you do not have the right to condemn those who use everything.
however i suspect that these photos have been also digitally enhanced. so its not just make up its also computer technology. if that's so then its not really the person in question at all. few makeup artisits can produce miracles. and some of these are certainly close to the miraculous.

Make-up, in a way, is "cheating." That's because women who wear make-up are "fooling" other people that they look that good by hiding their blemishes, freckles, etc. Cheating is described as: "To mislead; fool: illusions that cheat the eye."
It's a form of dishonesty, too. Honest means "Not deceptive or fraudulent; genuine; characterized by truth; not false; sincere; frank." Dishonesty, of course means a lack of honesty.
However, it's only natural for women to want to look their best. And they are not doing anything wrong by wearing make-up... it's a weakness in human nature - the want to look pretty. :)

No i don't think it is cheating or dishonesty as they look the same just enhancing their natural beauty. They are not changing who they are as a person just looking the best they can and its not permanent it can be wiped off.
As long as they have the same morals i think it's fine.

I don't consider it cheating. Everyone loves to look beautiful. But there is nothing better than natural beauty. However, I hate it when they lie and claim that oh that's their natural look or when some do plastic surgeries to look better and say no we have not done any plastic surgeries (like a lot of actresses do)

cheating? of course not! I didn't even know there was a controversy....most people accept that women wearing make-up and doing their hair is a normal part of our culture...like men wearing a tie and shaving. It's what we are used to seeing, so we expect to see it.

for some pictures yes its cheating coz the make over changed the face completely but not for others.
anyway we can not judge people from outside according to the Egyptian saying "mn bara hala hala wi mn gowa ye3lam Allah"

You know what they say..appearances can be deceiving.
Actually i think i prefer natural beauty.
when i intend to get married, i'll ask my wife-t-be not to wear any makeup ;-)
