The little old Mrs Claus I know is so tiny that she's an "Elf-ette" rather than a subordinate. And in case you haven't heard, Santa doesn't pull rank. As one of the first UN members, he is equal opportunity all the way. Would that the world would simply allow him to do his work, especially in the Middle East and in Africa.

He does all the dirty work (long working hours) and she bakes all day and bosses the elves. Somebody's gotta hold the North Pole down while he's delivering the goods.
I bet their house would smell nice. Like sugar and spice.
