they're negative and nucleus is positive they're are supossed to atract. where am i wrong?

According to the Bohr- Bury scheme, the electrons revolve around the nucleus on certain energy levels. Revolving on these specific orbits, they don't fall into the nucleus.

Electrons can pass through the nucleus - but they have to come out again, according to the quantum theory.

Because the electrons repel each other. If all the electrons came any closer to the nucleus, they would also be coming closer together; their large magnetic field would push them away from teach other. If you know about VSEPR, it's quite similar.
