I'm a business graduate in Finance, currently in a great banking career and about to wrap up my second degree, this one in Management. Great stuff.
But if I could do college all over again I could've easily also gone with a Science degree (in Physics) because I love real-world science and the idea of being on a huge research team working on a big project. Great stuff too.
So if you could do it all over again what would your new major be and why? It'd be interesting to hear some of the responses.

Anthropology - way cool stuff to learn. But, I don't regret my undergrad in Music - it was definitely worth my efforts.
Grad school: The MA was just a weigh station on the way to the MBA. So, I am 'back in school' getting the MBA so that I can know just a bit more about business. I may get another MA after this MBA is done.
You can't do college all over but you can do some more. It's pretty interesting.

Probably the same degree as I have now, I'd just have it at a much younger age and go on to graduate school. It's a History degree, with a minor in Philosophy.

I would do everything the same -- Undergraduate in Mathematics, graduate work in math and philosophy, MBA and PhD in Finance.
The only difference I wold make is that I would have taken more statistics and economics as an undergraduate.

Education. I have a BBA. I always wanted to be a teacher, but a business degree offered a higher salary and at the time I was young and greedy. But now older, I wish I had followed my dream.

You may want to look into Mass Media, visual and performing arts. Please note any college with a decent theater department is going to make you audition. They will decide if you can major or minor in theater at their school.

I have actually though about this. I would definitely go Archeology or History... I wouldn't make the money I have made as an Engineer... but I would have had a whole lot more fun.
