I have a cheque with my name husband's name & my husbands brother, I need to deposit it but I know that I need all signatures on it but it happens that my brother in law is O/S for 6 months, what other options do I have to make the deposit?

Unfortunately you will need your brother in law's signature, or the signature of someone with financial power of attorney for him.

Unless you forge your b-i-ls name on the check then you have 2 options. First being wait until he gets home to deposit it. But I think there is a time limit on when you can cash/deposit a check (check with the bank). Second you could overnight the check to him & have him sign it then overnight it back. Just don't sign it until YOU have all the signatures & are ready to deposit it.

You and your husband could endorse it , then deposit it into the brother's account. Then the overseas brother can send you the money.

If there isn't anyone with financial power of attorney, you could get your brother to send you a power of attorney for purposes of cashing that check.

you can try talking to the bank manager and explain the situation. other than that, no bank will cash the check without all party present.
