I have 894.2GB or RAM on my laptop. And some games say they need 1GB to work. But if I have 2GB flash drive and using 1.5GB of it as readyboost. Will that make it where I can play those games?

readyboost was not intended to boost overall system performance but to rather help with boosting load times of often used files, to in essence fake the new hybrid drives. These articles that try to show how readyboost does not help gaming performance just show a lack of real understand how this is intended to work.

No. Readyboost doesn't add physical RAM to your machine but only as an additional 'cache' thus making the start-up of your programs faster than the usual. I think this is the common misnomer for Readyboost that it "adds" physical memory available for the computer.

No, you need to add RAM. RAM is only about $40 per GB. Nothing comes close to adding RAM to the motherboard. ReadyBoost is just a useless gimmick.

ReadyBoost (using your flash drive to simulate RAM) is much
slower than your hard drive which can also simulate RAM (virtual memory) so ReadyBoost is just a useless gimmick.

USB memory sticks write speed = 2-14 MB/s
SATA300 Buss (used for hard drives) is rated 300 MB/s
20 to 150 times faster!
Computer memory typically runs at 600 MHz.

Check the write speed rating of your USB memory stick. Some have write speeds were as low as 2 MB/sec and as fast as 14 MB/sec, you will need USB 2.0 to realize these speeds. The fastest USB drive tested by arstechnica.com was the Lexar JumpDrive Lightning

Well, lets take care of the ready boost thing. I would suggest that you get a 4gb USB stick (ready boost enabled) that should get you the extra space for the game.

I wouldn't recommend putting the game on the USB stick, just install to the hard drive.
