hi, how much, would a 2 storey extension, with a mineral felt roof cost, its 3.5 metres x 4.5 metres, just a standard box. south east england, brighton, just a ball park figure, cheers alan

i think some thing like that would cost at lest 20 grand if its all in side and out thats with the elecs plastering

Figure £1200 per square metre plus the cost of the roof.
3.5 x 4.5 = 15.75 x £1200 = £18,900.
The cost of the roof varies because of weight, type and local regulatory controls.
It is also unusual for a flat roof to be passed in planning.
