Its my birthday today, and I don't have to do a thing! My family and a few close friends are giving a "surprise" party for me tomorrow. My oldest daughter put me in the loop because she knows I am not big on surprises. She told me they were trying to turn it into a three ring circus, and followed it with ,"Don't worry Mom, I am the one being shot out of a cannon." My kids and grandkids are so funny and I am grateful that we can laugh together. You have a great day , too!

That it is a "new" day and a clean slate if you will, for me to do whatever I want with it. I can work, sleep, talk to friends, worry, laugh, cry, think...etc................ For it's my day and nobody Else's as it is for everyone. We may all experience the same day, but it's singular to each of us to make what we want out of it, as each day is. But on a personal note ** my day is always brighter and a 'lil more special when I can answer my friend Moon's question or have her answer mine** :-)

What is special about this day is that I get another day to do all the things that I like to do. It is another day to see old friends and make new ones, it is another day to see the sun come up and watch it set, it is another day to spend with family and loved ones. Is that not enough? : )
