Most Definitely
There has been a mobilization of troops to the D.C. area. Our Navy is now off the coast of Iran and the British have the largest mobilization since the war in Iraq to Iran. There is only one reason for this, our Gov. is planning for the worst. They know that if and when we move into IRAN that will cause fear in the American people. This act and this act alone is enough to start World War III. We have been warned of this from China as well as Russia two of the Worlds greatest Nuclear powers. Read Revelations and even Nostradamus. If Bush and his party are not takin out of office it will be the end of the World as we know it. People will say I'm crazy and my response to that is maybe I am, but the one who is crazy is Bush. Crazy with power, and hungry for world domination. We need to fix our problems first, and heal our Nation before we go fixing the Worlds problems.

Bush showed that he was for more wars when he spoke of his "axis of evil" before he invaded Afghanistan and Iraq.
So it is little surprise that he is out to wipe the middle east off the map.

Obviously you hate Pres. Bush. If you could attribute the words from the article given in the link you provided to an individual from your own political party, you would not even be questioning it. but it is so unfortunately typical that people like you let their hatred of someone so override your ability to decipher and understand statements in a logical fashion.
Bush is not calling for a "war" that the tone of your question implies. And don't you think it is a worthy agenda to stand up for people and want to fight for people to live free lives? Or is that only a grand concept when a democrat or liberal (presumably that's what you are) says it?

Possibly, but there's more than one way to read his fine words. His statement that ""When innocent people are trapped in a life of murder and fear, the declaration [of the UN] is not being upheld." could be an interpreted as an invitation for UN intervention in Iraq, or as justification for sanctions against the US.
There's always something ironic like this in his speeches.

I think so because Mr. Bush stated -
"Americans are outraged by the situation in Burma,"
The fact is 90 percent of Americans have no clue what is going in Burma .

I noticed that America still is not "outraged" about events in the Darfur region of Sudan. At least we are "outraged" about Burma. Maybe we'll depose the dictator in Burma and set up a democracy.

I submit that it is not.
Is it "calling for more wars" if the UN sends troops to Darfur for peacekeeping? Many, many people are requesting such assistance in developing nations.
