her old collar and dog leash, water bowl and food dish
a thank you card(stating that you won't take her back even if they were willing to pay you in Martian Gold Dollars)
PS Don't let her drive your vehicle!

How about a large circular monument erected from huge monolithic stones oriented to align with stellar patterns and/or magnetic anomalies as a testament to their absolute superiority.

make a fake human that kind of looks like her, when they come back for that one you can give them the card, though I'm not sure where to get a card for that.... you probably need to make one your self. that will be the hard part about this.
