Oh my god I love this question. I feel like Im cursed because everytime something good is happening, something bad always follows.
My mom got control of a gas station and we became over night celebs in town. We were the so called rich people. We never bragged of course, but mom and I would go shopping all the time to the hottest stores. I was really lucky. Mom and my ex step father even brought a new van. Life was bliss:). Alas, a new CEO bought the company and took it from mom. I was so embarrassed. Mom was really hurt too but she had saved up enough money for her and my stepdad to open a new business. Just my luck again, the business was a HUGE FLOP!! They were spending way more than they were making. By this time I had started law school (sooo happy) in a different country and it was very expensive.
Mom could afford the first year tuition. But, oh gosh, she found out that my stepdad had been cheating on her for the past two years and even got the other woman pregnant. He moved out and now a divorce is pending. I nearly starved for my first year cause mom (who was the only one supporting me, my biological father doesnt care) didnt have any money.
All of it was wasted in the business.
Oh, people, it doesnt end there, I should be starting second year next week and my mom could not even afford to give me half the money to pay. We called my dad who claims he doesnt have any, but he will see what he can do by then.
This means, I dont even know if I will be able to get into second year. I cant get a grant or anything because it is a private college.
So people if you think your life is bad. THINK AGAIN!!

I felt that way when I was younger. But now, I'm happy. And the happiness I was so desperatly craving, wasn't happiness at all. It was just infatuation with being an adult.
