I generally start to cut back on feeding at 15 C and completely halt all feeding at 10 C or less.
Make that your pond gets some surface agitation in the coldest winter months though.

Absolutely nothing! When water temperatures go below 10C goldfish don't require any food at all. Temperatures slightly above 10C would indicate a reduction of feeding amounts by half.
Food put in a pond in the colder months only becomes pollution.
As temperatures increase feeding should be resumed slowly and carefully,this will go a long way to stopping the Spring Algae bloom,and keep the water clearer longer.

You don't have to feed pond goldfish during the winter.

They go into a hibernation mode that slows their metabolism down so much that they don't have to eat.

there is no need to feed them during this time, teir metabolism is slow enough to live of excess fat they have stored in thier bodies during the warmer monts.
