I sometimes worry that I could be laying injured for a whole weekend and no one would know until I didn't turn up for work.
On a lighter note, more than two years after I graduated, I decided to visit my old faculty. As I walked in the lab, a professor of Geology looked up and said 'Ah, Nicholson, not seen you around recently, have you been on a field trip?'

Ha, interesting question. Well...When I lived with my mom, I didn't come straight home from school after detention and she was on her way to the police station with my picture after about 4 hours. On the other hand, living with my dad I have left the house and been out for days and he wouldn't think anything of it. The longest I've been gone was 5 days, and the day I came home I found out my mother had made him call the police to look for me after 4 days. She wasn't very happy, lol.
