Google normally has the best maps for Europe, but Cyprus does not really work.
Maybe this is a better one for you:
http://www.kypros.com/Cyprus/maps/Cyprus_map.JPG No road numbers but at least it does show the roads.
This site looks like they might have the right kind of map: http://www.cyprus-maps.com/?gclid=CIywoYKR344CFR4hEAodOz_mOA

Non of the sites I found has road numbers. Are you sure the roads on Cyprus are numbered?

Most Cyprus roads don't have numbers, only the motorways from Paphos to Paralimni, Limassol to Nicosia, and the like.

If you plan to visit then you can get a quality map of the Island in the arrival hall at both Paphos and Larnaca airports. They are produced by the Cyprus Tourist Office and are free.

The car hire desks at the airports also give away similar maps.

In google, click on maps, then type Cyprus into the box that comes up. Brilliant maps there :)
