It is highly unlikely that the baby pooped and it came out of you without your water breaking. They will swab and test and if it is meconuim you will be induced.

Chances are it isn't so just make sure that someone goes with you to the doctor in case you do have to be induced.

Good luck!

No, They won't run test. They will do a pelvic exam. Chances are you water has broke or is leaking. Your water should be clear, but since you are having a discharge, this is why the Doctor suspect that the baby has had a bowel movement.

They will get a sample of the discharge to test. It is not healthy for the baby to "breath in" the substance.. depending on how far along you depends on the next course of action. Good Luck!

They will do a pelvic exam on you and if it is meconium, they will try to flush it out before they deliver your baby. This happened to me and it resulted in a c-section, but we were healthy and happy in the end. No matter what, you and your baby will be fine! Good luck!

If it was meconium, they will likely deliver you.
