I bet the others don't know what they're doing either though, and believe me you're not the only one finding it hard.
Try to get some of them chatting, to open up, and I'll bet at least a few feel the same.

Talk to the others in your group. the worst thing that you can do is sit back and let them do it for you. They will fail you for this. Put forth some effort and ask lots of questions!!

stick at it! everything will be fine. I remember when i was at uni we had to do a team building exercise by building something. i didnt have a clue but we all mucked in. Remember you have just started. It will get easier!!!!
