If it's a REALLY noticeable difference, then you can try starting on the left side several times in a row, to ensure baby's emptying it more. (An empty breast will refill faster than a half-empty breast: http://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/milkproduction.html#driver )
That said, though, most women will notice that one side is the "dominant" side in milk production, just like you have a dominant hand, eye, etc. ( http://www.kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mom/lopsided.html )
Hope that helps :)

Becky, ck with your local La Leche League. It's a wonderful support group and they have many resources available. There r several things u can do including using their pump to stimulate your left side to increase production.
I'd first try always Nursing at the beginning on your left side. Also massaging your aerola and the nipple could get your ducts producing.
Making sure u have plenty of water and milk as per your diet. R u stressing about something. U can get into a warm bath and nurse your baby in the tub. The warmth and water sometimes drops your milk easier. Have ur hubby or someone to help you.
Usually it's a temporary thing...

I have been that way since my son was born. Left one is my least dominant. I tried for two days only letting feed from that side, and I just pumped the other and that didn't work, so I just ignore the problem. I switch sides like is recommended. I start on the left one time then start the right next time.

Let him nurse more often on the left breast and begin each feed on that side. The more the suckling the more the milk production. Eat nutritious meals and snacks and drink plenty of warm liquids, lactation teas and most of all, being stress free are all keys to good milk production.

The first post is a good idea. Also, make sure you breastfeed on both sides each time. Some babies will have a preference and if you let them nurse longer on the preferred side, then that breast will usually produce more milk. If they get uneven or it bothers you, you can try pumping on the side that has less milk to try to get more on that side.

Mine does the same thing, I just make sure to start feeding my son on the left then move to the right. Also, if you pump your milk it will help increase the flow. Mine is finally getting better at 4 months.

Breast feeding is mostly supply and demand so begin every feeding on your left side and after a few days you should be more even. When you feel that you production is where you want it go back to rotating which side you start on.

Maybe try a different position when feeding baby on that side. He may not be getting a good latch on that breast and a change of position may help. Good luck!

Let your son eat longer on your left breast even if you feel he has emptied it. Soon it will begin to make more milk. It fluctuates with demand.
