I guess I would say Fly. I mean yes, the strength would be cool, but 1 well placed bullet or a good stabbing, and its all over. Same problem with flying, but with flying, you could kind of hide up in the air and drop things on your arch nemesis, where at least you would be harder to pick off.

Most people have dreams about flying at one point or another. If you get to be super tough along with the super strength. Then I think Super Strength is the better power for a hero. Whenever people see a hero who isn't bullet proof they always say "why don't the bad guys just shot them." A guy like the Thing can take on a army. Lets see the Falcon do that.

I'd go with super strength because that would be the easier of the 2 to become a superhero with if you only had 1 power lol

Depends on the strength level. If you have enough strength, you could get around just by taking big running broad jumps (kind of what Superman did when he started out; he coudn't really fly at first.) Or like the Hulk, if you're strong enough to jump for miles.

If you're not quite that strong, maybe your legs are strong enough to run really fast. Not like the Flash, but if you were strong enough to juggle cars, don't you think you could run at least a couple hundred MPH ?

If you're invulnerable AS WELL AS being able to fly, you might not need to be strong to attack the bad guy. Do what the Champions game calls a 'move by' (stick your fist out to attack as you pass) or a 'move through' (just crash right into your opponent.)

If you're strong enough to lift your enemy high into the air as you fight, then just fly up a mile and drop him. Who needs to be strong?

Depending on how you define the power, if it's something like telekinesis, you might be able to lift yourself off the ground to travel OR lift heavy objects (but not both at once). Give that a try.

Next time someone offers you JUST ONE power, ask for Peter Petrelli's power (from Heroes) so you can duplicate other people's powers.

enjoy!

Depends on circumstances. If you have to get somewhere fast, flight is better. If you're trying to lift a heavy car off someone, flying is going to do you a heck of a lot of good and you'd better have some super strength.

To fly: You would save on all traveling expenses. No more car trips or airplane rides! Unless you care if it's raining or snowing. I've always thought flying would be the coolest basic super power to have.

Thor is a god. That should make him the most powerful. Superman can die (and has before). Other powerful heroes include Silver Surfer, and the Green Lantern, to the point where some of their powers exceed logical scope.

the reason humans can't fly like birds is that we lack the strength to produce sufficient lift by flapping our arms (If they had wings strapped to them) So if you had super strength, you would be able to fly anyway!

I'd like to fly. That way I don't have to fight anyone, I can just fly away.
