What a ridiculous idea. I defy anyone to show me stats or figures of any kind that show how million-dollar settlements do any real, tangible damage to the majority of Americans.

A company puts out a pill that causes kidney failure and loses 30 million in a lawsuit because they knew about it beforehand and did nothing, yet somehow politicians have many people thinking that the COMPANY is getting screwed???? RIDICULOUS! Where's the accountability in that?

It's a load of crap and a non-issue.
