Far out Dude: Get your facts here, uncensored and direct from Ground Zero: Not from Fox like all dummies here
1) Pres. MAN of Iran has announced few times Iran's willingness to negotiate directly to US to resolve all disputes.
US has never publicized it's response if any.
2) MAN wrote at least two letters to Pres. Bush. Promoting love and peace for the world, asking him to lead the world to an ever lasting peace. No response or comments provided by the white house.
3) Contrary to all the nonsense about Iran hates American, not even one American Citizen ever been killed in Iran.
4) Iran, has announced time after time, If the government of Israel stop systematic killing and terrorizing the people of Palestine, they will be recognized as a ligament government. (That means peace and harmony in ME)
5) US arms Israel with all kinds of high Tech, weapons, that are used against some helpless, defenseless women and children. Iran supplies a small number of fighters, to have means to defend their family against a powerful army.
6) Iran has never attacked another country. US been, and still is in wars, since the end of WW II.
Who is the bad guy here?
Best Regards.
Edit: Yes the truth hurts!
Conservative = Unprogressive,Unchangeable . with a large number of believers, make it hard to negotiate and go forward.
Majority are in the defense sector, Military or Arm production, if there is peace on Earth and no more hostiles, they will lose their income so they don't want peace. They don't want a good Pres Man, they need a bone head like bush or a fossil like Cheney.
It is really an obsolete idea, all the problems on the earth is driven from, opposing to change.
Viva logic.

Like Neville Chamberlain and Adolf Hitler I'm afraid. You can't negotiate with a dictator. But if you insist onsuch talks, let us sart by demanding that Iran not only admit their interference in Iraq but that they completely withdraw from Iraq and cease their hate based diatribe against Israel and the west. Followed immediately with a cesation of all terrorist activities. An open border for neutral party inspections would be a good start. But then, we saw just how far THAT went with Saddam and the U.N. Weapons Inspection Teams. Perhaps there's a lesson to be learned.

OMG, I can not believe how the America public is so darn oblivious to what has been going on!!! Don’t we believe everything we watch in the news! HaHaHa!!!! If the majority of your comments are based on information you collect from watching American journalism, then you must still believe there are weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, Osama is still no where to be found, and the Iranian President is the new Hitler! It’s all about becoming another of the worlds superpowers, money, greed, and Oil, which is the real thing that makes the world go round. Educate your self on world events, not by sitting in front of the T.V. for the 6 o’clock news.

Would the peace talks create peace? Iran is already suspect of providing material support to enemies of the US, why then should we sit down and discuss peace with them? If we did, could we trust them?

i'm undecided what variety of peace talks they are able to chat approximately below those circumstances. those "rebels" have been in basic terms stressful for Assad's retirement all alongside, refusing any negotiations and compromises from the very initiating. I actual have yet to ascertain what they could say, if something in any respect.

Interesting. So after listening to a bunch of lies yesterday, we're supposed to believe Iran and it's leadership? This is beginning to remind me of North Korea and it's ilk.

Maybe.
But stopping the nuclear program is a precondition for talks.
If Iran doesn't want to do that, then there's nothing to talk about.

The question of talks is not the issue...the question is would they serve any purpose other than to trick the other country. We need real solutions for this day and age.

The Iranian president is seeking attention from the US, that is the basis of his actions toward us. THe buffoon in the White House refuses to talk to him, so the standoff drags on. Gotta love Bush's diplomacy, don't talk to them til they blow something of ours up, then bomb them.
