I've never seen Paris Hilton display an ounce of talent, so I guess I'd put her the #1 most over rated. Brittany Spears and Lindsey Lohan are over rated, too, IMO.

I know I'm not the only one who is going to say this, Paris Hilton, I mean what is she Famous for? Cause her parents own some hotels!! I mean come on!!!
