Can I file suit with the ACLU? Do I have to pay for a lawyer myself? Can I file a class-action law suit?

Expanded Details: The actions of the Executive Branch, ie; Presidential Directives, blatantly violate the 10th amendment. It is the SWORN duty of Congress to represent their constitutants. By not acting to inhibit the President from stealing powers not afforded him, Congress is guilty of neglect and incompetence. This action aloner may not be impeachable, per say, but the consequences of their actions should lead to the impeachment of all Congressional Representatives who's inaction lead to the fruition of unconstitutional executive directives.

Impeach all of Congress? How about just starting with those representatives that represent you in your state. That might be easier than to get all congress to vote on removing themselves from office.
Impeachment may not be what you seek unless your can articulate what crimes or wrong doings they have committed.
You may want to commence a recall of your elected representatives and to do that contact your state Secretary of State and they will tell you the mechanism for commencement of recall.
Good luck

You cannot impeach an elected official for poor performance. Impeachement is only applicable for the commission of high crimes and misdemeanors. In other words, there has to be a proveable criminal case against the official.
If your representative is not performing to your desired standard you are free to contact him/her or simply support a replacement. If your Senator is not performing well, some states have laws that premit him/her to be recalled. If not applicable in your instance you must stick to the former solution.

Non-binding b.s, endless litigation,Pork, and no real legislation to speak of.
Wasting time and our money seems to be their forte.
Personally, I'm glad they aren't getting anything done because I'm sure it would be bad news for us "commoners"-like the amnesty crap tacked on to a defense spending bill.
Most of these peop[le will not be getting votes next election with 11 percent approval.

Just email them all and tell them you think they are breaking the law and therefore they are all fired. Will do as much good as asking this question on here. Just mentioning the ACLU lost all your credibility to me.
