Karate will be a fantastic outlet for you. Plus it will get your butt into shape and you'll learn something from it. That is my recommendation for you.

Firstly, if you hit someone, be aware they will likely hit back and get you arrested..
You are confusing quiet and submissive.. is it possible that you are holding all you normal everyday frustrations and annoyances inside and its like a volcano waiting to erupt??

I'm no expert, but why don't you try going into a separate room when you feel like this and punching a pillow or just going somewhere remote and having a good scream?

Don't forget that help is out there, its easy to find and there are loads of places that will be more than happy to help you if things are getting a bit much.. (It doesn't mean you are less of a person or nuts!)

There's nothing wrong with being quiet if that is who you are, then that is who you are don't be what other people want you to be just be yourself and try and be happy and don't worry too much about things, as for everything else that will all fall into place when the time is right!Plus what would be the point in hitting someone?

Take up a Marshal Art, such as Jujitsu or Karate and take out your anger on others in that field or planks of wood.

Take up a martial art - it will burn off the excess rage energy, teach you control and be good self defence.

Go to the gym and take a boxing class.Or try yoga,two exreme ends but they both work.

send me an email and take it out on me...Ive got broad shoulders and can take it....or count to 10 and calm down....go for a walk....put a pillow to your mouth and lay head down on the bed and scream your lungs out!
