the daily express has uncovered a new witness who backs kate mc cann's story that she shouted "they've taken her !, they've taken her !". now not being infront of all the evidence, i will not express my full opinion, but this appears to be a very strange reaction. i would think she was hiding or had gone walk about looking for mummy or daddy, or even got distracted by the sound of music coming from the restaurant.
if this is anyway is mean't to help kate, i think otherwise, what do you think ?

"iv read the posting details.. i am literate... just a moniority" your post.
i have read the posting details, i am literate, just in a minority. i think this is as funny, as it is ironic. you live in a world of your own, what colour is the sky on your planet ?

Up until last week they have never disputed saying they have taken her.Now all of a sudden Kate McCann has remembered saying Madeline has gone and so do all the tapas 7. Very strange the way they all change stories when it suits. Whatever she did say doesn't change the fact that Maddie was missing and she still left the twins alone to go back to tell the rest of the group. I would have never left the room surely they all had a phone.

My first thoughts would be that she had probably wandered off and fallen in to the uncovered swimming pool thay lay between the apartment and me at the time, or maybe wandered in to the road that lay to the side of the apartment.
I might, had I of sedated her first wondered how on earth she woke up and then realise that it would be impossible for her to wake up so therefore I would instantly realise that of course she hadn't woken up and wandered off but that instead she may well have been taken.
Then my next thoughts would be to ring Sky news. Obviously.

This is all very strange. Even stranger is that the parents are not accepting ALL the help offered, or so it would appear.
My reaction certainly wouldn't be shouting out ......."They've Taken Her, They''ve Taken Her" -
One wonders who "THEY" are.
Were the parents warned beforehand that their child would be taken.
I would be frantically searching for my child........
This information will not help their case, but I'm sure there are many who can find a good explanation for it.
Me, not being one of them.

I'm sure she spent some time looking for the child, before she panicked. Apparently she was very upset by the fact that the cuddle cat was put up high on a ledge, no where Madeleine herself could have put it.
However, who are we to judge who is normal and what isn't? The poor woman was distressed, and hysterical.

i saw that statement in the first article i read about this and instantly thought that was weird. and i've posted answers stating that. but i had not been able to find another mention of her statements untill you said this. do you have a link to the article i'd like to see it .
but i COMPLETELY agree. if i found my 3 yr old missing from my home while i was out, i would think "Where did he wonder off to" , "Did he come outside looking for me" my reaction would be "he's missing, he's not there, i can't find him" something like that. NOT "THEY took her" ----they who? sounds like a cover up type of reaction to me.

the mother found Madeleine missing, and frantically searched the apartment 3 times.
the wind slammed the adult bedroom door shut, which made her realise that the childrens bedroom window was open. This lead her to instantly assume little Madeleine had been taken out via the window, therefore in panic, ran as fast as she could back to her HUSBAND, the father of the kids screaming "they've taken her - Madeleine's gone!"
Try leaving the papers alone for one day, to get the supposed facts clear in your head, before you pose another question such as this.
GRIBBIT!

I have read a lot of newspaper reports, internet news reports and tv news reports on the McCann case. And you know what? I have realised that we, as the general public, are told a right load of crap. We cannot rely on the news to report serious objective news anymore. I don't believe anything in newspapers on on the tv anymore. We don't know and can't know what is REALLY going on, we don't know what Kate REALLY said because there have been so many conflicting reports. Its all a load of rubbish.

Most normal caring parents would not leave their 3 children alone in a holiday apartment in Portugal, or anywhere else for that matter

I can't answer this truthfully because it would not happen. I would not leave my 14 year old alone in a holiday apartment. Now if I turned my back for a few minutes and my child was gone I would probably look to most like someone that belonged in the psych ward and I would call the police within seconds.
