I called all the local tire dealers and made a list. I then started to tell each of them what the other guys was offering and I had them bidding against each other.
I finally choose the shop that had the best price and service after the buy.
I went with tires plus.

I shop on the web but purchase at local tire shops.
Usually I spend about $100 per tire for 195 x 15 x 60
