If i am too long on P&S and have left loads of jobs undone just before my good husband gets home i spray a little furniture into the air and leave the hoover in the middle of the room, any more tips ? furniture polish not furniture.

Oh boy, I am surprised by these answers.
You can't lie, if he uses the computer as well there is a little area that tells how long each user has spent on line.
So I don't do a thing. If he comes home with attitude, I tell him to go right back outside and re-enter properly.
Oh and he thinks I work for the
International On line Studies for Inmates.

Put a stopper in the sink pour some soap at the bottom and turn on the water. He will think you were just starting the dishes. Also put some soap int the toilet it and leave the seat up it will look like you were in the middle of scrubbing it.

have a stack of laundry folded on the couch, leave some cleaning supplies like windex and a few rags in a bucket. have a bunch of clean dishes stacked and ready to put away. spray some water on your face so you look like you've been working up a sweat (cleaning).

What are the areas he sees first? I make sure the dish washer is unloaded and there is a load of clothes partailly folded on the bed.

Pick up a rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes from your local grocery store and put it in a nice dish. Sprinkle a little flour on your dress and forehead and look slightly tired. ;o)
For dessert, pick up some Peppridge Farm cookies arrange them on your cookie sheet and pretend they've cooled!

that's so funny, i got somewhat of that kind of situation,,, :)
but i/we have t'cover up "smoke" smell,,, so we always spray perfume all around the house. and also, fubreez , really does work ,for smell purposes,
dont you just love life :)
