I think you can not be certified as a tooth fairy unless all your teeth have either fallen out or been extracted. That is what motivates tooth fairies to look under pillows to find replacement teeth.

They are born toothless so they will never get toothaches. They do not have their own tooth fairies because they are toothLESS! LoL Hope that answer your question hehehe
