When I prepare authentic Mexican food I do think "What if a true Mexican were to taste my food? Would that one commend me on my valiant efforts"?
I also think of Hispanic Heritage when I was in Acapulco last.

i don't because i have never seen mustard blossoms. i do think of mexican heritage when i see taco bell! or a chihuahua ( sp??)
