I stopped looking at the person in the eyes, what about you?

Right when I'm saying the 'lying part' I will look away for a second and come back to looking at the person in the eyes & keep talking...you know, giving details and stuff like that. It's rare that they notice I'm lying.
Another thing I do is that I talk a little bit more than usual to support my point...and so they believe me.
But honestly, I can only lie to avoid hurting the other person...whether if it's my mom or sister or boyfriend. I would say a lie so they don't get hurt...of course, if it's something really big I don't like lying, I'd rather go through all the trouble and keep going with my life. Sometimes I speak too much about the truth and get in too much trouble.
Another thing I do when I try to lie is 'laugh'....I will start laughing when it's something not serious at all...and will try to lie and BAM, they already know I'm lying.

everybods got their own style you just gotta find yours
myself i always look into the eyes male or female
always base your lie on 50% or better truth
always work out additional scenarios ahead of time and plot to wether the truth or an additional lie will be needed
extrapolate on possible lies and or truth will cause the need for additional lies mixed with truth
theres a few other details left but its much simpler to tell the truth to begin with

tell more & more to keep from being found out about the first one. like the rolling stone collecting more and more moss, it could get really big and gross. try to stop it while you can.
