I watched the entire game and saw the umpire talk with him. Instead of being a professional, Milton went psycho and started getting in the umpire's face (the umpire just walked away instead of getting in his face and escalating) until his manager restrained him and he fell and broke his ACL (Kharma).
He beats his wife:

Evaded police:

Ok I'm tired of posting all his incidents, there are many many more. The point is, what do you think of this guy? I see some people defending him and if you are one of those strange people, i want to know why you defend this guy. Do you support domestic abuse or evading police too? I'm just curious.

J dub you are out of touch with reality. You didn't even explain yourself. Why, because the ump called him a name? Boo hoo, no excuse to be a criminal

Steven R he didn't use ANY racial slur. Not even Milton or the 1st base coach accused him of that. The only person who said that is YOU. Stop spreading lies

To put all the blame on Bradley for this is basically saying that the umpires have the right to call the players whatever they want without any consequences. Yes, Bradley lost his cool, but any umpire that has even one bit of sense about his role in the game would not have said a word to him about the previous incident. The fact that Bradley has a record of offenses does not make the umpire any more right in starting up with a player. You say that a true professional would walk away. i would hope you would hold the umpires up to the same sets of standards. Or have you not noticed that the umpires in the last few years have become more likely to instigate an argument? As much as I think Bradley went overboard, I think the umpire was trying to goad him into it by calling him a piece of sh*t. Any umpire that does something like that that directly affects a player in any way should not be allowed to ever work another game in the big leagues.
Does that mean I support domestic abuse? No. (Although according to the link he was never charged, so technically that means he was innocent) Do I support evading the police? No. But he did his time in jail for that.
I'm sorry, but if the fact that I hold umpires to a high level of expectations concerning their behavior makes me strange, I guess I am strange.
And I'm sorry to hear that anyone that considers themselves to be a fan of the game can't see that the umpire handled himself in a completely unprofessional manner.

While I agree with the fact that Bradley has anger management issues I don't agree with your take on this particular incident. Both parties were at fault in this case...to begin with, the umpire should have acted more professional...the whole thing never would have happened had the umpire never opened his mouth. Bradley never threw his bat when he struck out so why did the umpire even say that? Granted, Bradley shouldn't have gotten so insane but it never would have happened without the umpire's antagonization. So, yes, Bradley should have acted more professional, but the umpire created the whole situation by lying to the other umpire so he should be held most responsible. You obviously have something against Bradley as this is at least the fourth time you have posted almost the identical question. If you want to sit here and call Bradley a piece of dirt, hotheaded scumbag that's fine...I won't dis-agree. However, I don't think you should paint a different picture on this current incident to make it look like he just went off the handle for no reason and he is 100% responsible.

When an umpire uses a racial slur right in front of two african americans what do you expect too happen? The ump is in hot water he'll probably lose his job which is good there's no place for Winters in baseball. When the whole Padre organization is standing behind Bradley and not the umpire you know the umpire did something too provoke Bradley.

No I don't support domestic abuse or the other criminal acts that Milton has done. He was clearly provoked by the ump. The ump should've kept his mouth shut and walked away. The first base coach said it sounded like the ump was baiting Milton. That sounds like the ump was being really professional there. You're right Milton did go psycho and should've handled it different. The ump should've done the same though. No one really knows what really happened but don't blame all of it on Milton.

Things that happened before have NOTHING to do with what happened in this particular incident.
That's why when you are on trial, certain things aren't allowed to be mentioned - because it clouds the juries' judgment. This is exactly what's happened to Milton Bradley.
The umpire called him a piece of sh*t, that has no place in the game of baseball.
If people weren't so short minded (that's the nicest way I can say ignorant,) they'd look at this situation on it's own merit. If they did that they'd realize Mike Winters is the one you should be directing your anger at, not those of us that are defending Bradley.
Before you add details saying I'm a racist for sticking up for him, like you have before, don't bother. I'm not sure how that would even be considered racist, seeing as I'm WHITE, and nobody else besides you has tried to make it a racial issue. It's a baseball issue, plain and simple.

I think Bud Black was doing the right thing. It's just one of those freak accidents. I'm sure he didn't mean to hurt Bradley. Yes, umpires can be real ******* and make ridicolously bad calls sometimes but Bradley still shouldn't have acted the way he did. This is nearing post season and players simply can't afford suspensions and in Bradley's case, injury too. In my opinion, players, at this stage of the season should swallow their pride, hold their cool and walk away from any kind of confrontations.

Dude, why are you giving this piece of crud so much of your time and energy? He is a scumbag. I don't know why people on here defend him. This site does not gather the most intelligent of minds and most people here just like to get a rise out of people like you.
