Lol, it was the female undercover agent who had darts disguised as hairpins in her hair not Bruce's character's sister. The movie's title is "Enter the Dragon".
As for the Bruce in all white outfit movie, am not sure which one you are talking about. He wore white in Enter the Dragon, but he also wore clothes in other colors in that movie. If you meant he wore an all white outfit in a scene, then you might be talking about "The Chinese Connection" a.k.a. "The Fist of Fury" where he wore an all white outfit in mourning during his teacher's funeral.
